Comprehensive Pre-Session Q/A and Briefing:

Upon confirmation booking, we will send you an extensive questionnaire that enables you to tell us exactly what you want from your session with Mark. You can include the specific take-home outcomes you desire, including how much content/information or entertainment/humour etc you would ideally like and how you want everyone to feel on leaving Mark's session.

A couple of weeks prior to your event date(s), Mark will call you to go through a detailed briefing to ensure he knows exactly what you want and how you want things to go. He is also happy to talk with one or two of your attendees prior to your event to discuss what their key issues are and what they would most like to get out of his session.

The Session Itself:

Mark is always happy (where practical) to arrive early to get the feel of your conference or meet attendees. He also enjoys staying on after his session(s) to answer questions, mingle with attendees or help out further where possible.

The session itself is always delivered as discussed in the briefing. It also includes comprehensive handouts with follow-up resource materials/weblinks for participants to extend their learning well beyond the seminar.
